Find your Aetrex size with Aetrex’s official women’s and men’s US-to-EU chart by heel-to-toe foot length, plus orthotic sizing — or stop in for a Brannock fitting at our Kettering, Ohio store.
How it fits
According to Aetrex, their shoes run true to size and are built with all foot widths in mind. Start with your normal shoe size.
Measure standing, wearing the socks or stockings you’ll wear with your new shoes.
Between sizes
If you’re between sizes, Aetrex recommends sizing up — for both footwear and orthotics.
EU sizes
Many Aetrex shoes, sneakers, boots and sandals (like the Libby, Karina, Dana, Carly, Luna and Izzy) come in European sizes. Aetrex’s EU sizes don’t step evenly with US sizes — for example, EU 38 fits a women’s 7½ or 8, while EU 37 fits a women’s 7 — so check the chart below.
Some styles, like the Jillian sandals, come in US sizes.

Foot length is Aetrex’s heel-to-toe measurement. Centimeters are converted from Aetrex’s inches.
Orthotics
Aetrex orthotics come in whole sizes only. Choose your normal shoe size.
If you normally wear a half size, order a half size larger (for example, a women’s 7½ orders an 8; a men’s 9½ orders a 10).
How to measure
- Stand on a sheet of paper, with your weight on that foot, wearing the socks you’ll wear with the shoes.
- Mark the back of your heel and the tip of your longest toe.
- Measure between the marks in inches or centimeters.
- Measure both feet and use the longer one.
- Measure later in the day, when feet are at their largest.
