How it fits
Brooks recommends ordering a half size to one full size larger than your dress or casual shoe size.
If you've never thought about width, Medium is likely right for you.
Between sizes
Between sizes? Size up if you wear thick socks or orthotics, or you're on your feet all day. Choose the smaller size if you like a snug, athletic fit.

Brooks women’s sizes run 1½ sizes larger than men’s for the same foot (women’s 8½ = men’s 7).

Model exceptions
Unisex styles use men’s sizing. Women should order 1½ sizes smaller than their usual size.
How to measure
- Stand on a sheet of paper, with your weight on that foot.
- Mark the back of your heel and the tip of your longest toe.
- Measure between the marks in inches or centimeters.
- Measure both feet and use the longer one.
- Measure later in the day, when feet are at their largest, wearing the socks you’ll wear with the shoes.
