How it fits
Cobb Hill publishes one women’s chart for all widths: the US, UK, EU and centimeter sizes are the same whether you wear Narrow, Medium, Wide or Extra Wide. Choose your length first, then your width.
Between sizes
Between sizes? Size up if you wear thick socks or orthotics, or you're on your feet all day. Choose the smaller size if you like a snug fit.

CM is the shoe size in centimeters (the Japanese and Mondopoint size), not a foot measurement. Cobb Hill doesn’t list a UK size for US 10½ or 12.
How to measure
- Stand on a sheet of paper, with your weight on that foot.
- Mark the back of your heel and the tip of your longest toe.
- Measure between the marks in inches or centimeters.
- Measure both feet and use the longer one.
- Measure later in the day, when feet are at their largest, wearing the socks you’ll wear with the shoes.
