How it fits
Pikolinos are made in EU sizes. Each EU size covers a range of US sizes — for example, women’s EU 38 fits US 7½ to 8 — so the most reliable way to choose is to match your foot length to the chart.
Women’s and men’s EU sizes convert to different US sizes, so use the chart for the style you’re buying.
Between sizes
Between sizes? Size up if you wear thick socks or orthotics, or you're on your feet all day. Choose the smaller size if you like a snug fit.

How to measure
- Place a sheet of paper on the floor against a wall.
- Stand on the paper with your heel touching the wall.
- Mark the longest point of your foot — depending on your foot shape, it may be any of your toes — and measure from the wall to the mark.
- Measure both feet and use the longer one.
