Rockport Size & Fit Guide

Rockport’s fitting tips: your heel should fit snug with no slipping. The midfoot, under your arch and over the top of your foot, should be snug but not tight, and you should have room to wiggle your toes.

Rockport shoes are made to fit straight out of the box — they don’t need to be broken in.

Your left and right feet can differ by as much as a full size, so Rockport recommends measuring both and buying shoes to fit your larger foot.

Rockport notes people are more than twice as likely to buy shoes too small than too big. Signs a shoe is too small or narrow: foot cramping or numbness, or blisters and calluses between or on your toes.

1. Stand on a sheet of paper, with your weight on that foot.
2. Mark the back of your heel and the tip of your longest toe.
3. Measure between the marks in inches or centimeters.
4. Measure both feet and fit the longer one.
5. Feet tend to get bigger with age — Rockport recommends having your feet measured every year.
