How it fits
Vionic recommends ordering your regular shoe size.
A good fit: you can feel the shoe along the whole length of your foot, your heel doesn’t lift out with each step, and there’s less than a finger’s width (under an inch) between your longest toe and the tip of the shoe.
Most people’s feet aren’t exactly the same size, so fit your larger foot.
Sandals & slippers
Vionic sandals and slippers come in whole sizes only — they’re designed to cover both the whole and half size.
If you wear a half size, Vionic recommends sizing down to the nearest whole size. For example, if you wear an 8½, choose an 8.

Getting used to arch support
Vionic shoes have arch support built in. Vionic suggests wearing new shoes for just a few hours a day at first; within one to two weeks they should feel completely comfortable.

Width is measured across the widest part of your foot, in centimeters — compare yours to find Narrow, Medium or Wide. Inches are converted from Vionic’s centimeters. Vionic’s women’s chart has no 5½, 10½ or 11½; between sizes, use your foot length.
How to measure
- Stand on a sheet of paper, with your weight on that foot.
- Mark the back of your heel and the tip of your longest toe.
- Measure between the marks in inches or centimeters.
- Measure both feet and use the longer one.
- Measure later in the day, when feet are at their largest, wearing the socks you’ll wear with the shoes.
